1. Get a in-game screenshot (F10). Screenshot located in \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\Screenshots

2. Open in Photoshop and crop the desired area.

3. Select – Color Range – Click on area of interest

4. Go to Marquee Tool. Right click on selection, select Layer via Cut.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with different selections if needed

6. Choose any background image you want (eg. Parchment paper background). Lay it on the whole image.

7. Move the parchment layer just above the background layer.

8. Change your layers’ blending options if you want

9. Change the color of water if you want, using steps 3 and 4.

10. Enter text and flag/emblem
